Rules and regulations of membership are formulated by incorporating utmost flexibility ; following is an outline of guidelines

• A member must Promote BLI ideology, philosophy, objectives and programmes

• Every member must radiate an ambience of solidarity, happiness, trust within the organization and it’s projects. Members are expected to  help eachother in times of need. Project beneficiaries are expected to feel happy, secured , confident with themselves and consistently feel the trustworthiness of the organisation

• A member is expected to donate to BLI generously ; however, each member is expected to make donation at least once a year , preferably by fund transfer to our bank a/c.

• A member is expected to offer voluntary service for a day[ 8 hours ] at least once a year to the target beneficiaries ; BLI will  enroll a member for a specific service plan after receiving written request from the member citing his/her interests and wishes in the manner to contribute

• A member is expected to participate in stipulated meetings and programmes ; BLI to maintain a plan record on the basis on discussion with the member

• A member is expected to participate in identified organizational activities ; BLI to maintain a plan record on the basis of discussion with the member

• A member will submit his plan of activity voluntarily on the basis of discussion with BLI management

• Members to discuss any point of dissent within the organization only . concern of each and every member to be considered with due diligence
